The production facilities of COIT' in Zhuhai features a 10,000m² production workshop, a 4,000m² storage warehouse, and an 8,000m² office area. This integrated campus is fully equipped with assembly workshops, laboratories, a canteen, and dormitories, and located at a location within 15 minutes to Zhuhai Jinwan Airport and 35 minutes to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Port of Entry. It can secure 6-hour delivery from COIT to any destination in Hong Kong.
Serving as the mainland hub for talent exchange of the elite of China State Group in M&E business, COIT integrates cross-border professionals from its Engineering Technology Center, Advanced R&D Center, and Smart Manufacturing Center under the support of the four functional divisions with over 240 employees, in which 150+ are from the R&D team composing various levels and skills including 90+ certified professionals, i.e. Registered Utility Engineers, National certified Constructor, and BIM Experts etc.
COIT provides whole-process engineering consulting and contract management services
MiMEP refers to the process of prefabricating and assembling installation components for various trades into modules in a factory. After being comprehensively tested, these modules are transported to the construction site for installation.
