  • Scope of Works
      • This contract includes design, construction and operation of the Organic Waste Treatment Facilities Phase 2 (OWTF2).
      • Site formation works for area of about 2.5 hectares including demolition of pre-existing facilities of Ex-Sha Ling Livestock Waste Composting Plant and associated slope stabilization works.
      • The OWTF2 is in capacity of 300 tonnes per day, which is about 70 truckloads per day, for treating the source separated organic waste.
      • By using anaerobic digestion and composting technology, the organic waste will generate bio-gas to energy recovery, such as power generation and gas export.
      • Construction of associated landscape works, electrical and mechanical works.
      • Operation and maintenance of the OWTF2 for 15 years.
