• The project was successfully completed, earning a letter of appreciation from the client, and contributed to the company's successful bid for the superstructure works.

• The site features complex surroundings with multiple vibration/settlement/noise-sensitive structures. Located on a hillside with significant elevation changes, the site has compact working space.
• As the first Housing Department foundation project utilizing robotic arm welding technology, it was featured in a government news release.

• The company's first foundation project deployed in the Northern Metropolis area.
• The project was completed 4 days ahead of schedule and received the Housing Department New Works Contract - Outstanding Contractor Award - Application of Building Information Modelling (BIM) Technology in Construction Stage (Main Contractor) - Certificate of Merit.

• Construction of foundations for 2 buildings and a car park, including 75 large-diameter bored piles and pile cap construction.
• The project is located in a land reclamation area. Deep Cement Mixing (DCM) ground layers widely exist at depths of 8~30m underground. As the company's first foundation project in a reclamation zone, it accumulated valuable experience for subsequent bidding and construction in similar areas.
• The project was awarded the Housing Authority Outstanding Contractor Award - Innovate Application of Smart Technologies and the Best Site Safety Award - Full-term Site Safety (Civil/Foundation Works).

• Construction of foundations for four buildings, including:
  91 large-diameter bored piles;153 pre-drilled steel H-piles;Pile cap works.
• Beyond conventional foundation works, additional scope includes: Contaminated mud treatment; Footpath diversion works
• The project was completed five days ahead of schedule and was honoured with the Housing Authority Outstanding Foundation Project Award.
