The 11th ECI International Digital Innovation Festival and the ECI Awards 2025 Presentation Ceremony, organized by the International Digital Economy Innovation Association (IECIA), was successfully held at the International Conference Hall of the East Tower of Guangzhou International Media Harbor. Haihong Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Infinity Consulting (Asia) Limited (“Infinity Consulting”), stood out among numerous participating enterprises with its “C-SMART Digital Engineering Management Platform” and won the Silver Award in the category of “Model Innovation – Management Model Category (Enterprise and Institutional Level)” at the ECI Awards, becoming the only Hong Kong construction enterprise to receive an award.
Founded by IECIA in the United States in 2014, the ECI Awards is the world’s first international award for digital economy innovation that adopts “innovation effectiveness” as its judging criterion. It is widely regarded as the “Nobel Prize” of the industry. This award not only demonstrates the technical strength of the C-SMART platform, but also marks international authoritative recognition of its capability in business innovation.

Under the theme of “Nothing but Innovation”, this year’s ECI Innovation Festival brought together leading scholars, industry leaders and innovative enterprises from 28 countries around the world. Six parallel forums were held, covering areas such as artificial intelligence, digital marketing, industrial internet, digital cultural and creative industries, digital life and healthcare, and green economy, with participants jointly exploring future development trends in the digital economy.
Looking ahead, Infinity Consulting will continue to focus on enhancing construction site safety, continuously optimizing and expanding the functions of the C-SMART platform. Through technology, the Company will promote the advancement of occupational safety and health standards in Hong Kong, support the development of smart cities and sustainable construction, and make greater contributions to construction site safety and urban development.
