Infinity Consulting (Asia) Limited (“Infinity Consulting”) and the Anti-Deception Coordination Centre of the Hong Kong Police Force (“ADCC”) continued to deepen their collaboration. From December 2025 to January 2026, the two parties jointly organized seven public welfare volunteer activities across various districts in Hong Kong, including the “Anti-Fraud Publicity Vehicle” and “Anti-Fraud Chinese Medicine Free Consultation” initiatives. Through innovative formats, the activities aimed to promote anti-fraud knowledge among the public and strengthen society’s overall defence against deception.
Mr. Wong Chun-yu, Chief Superintendent of the Commercial Crime Bureau of the Hong Kong Police Force, Mr. Chan Kai-mung, Assistant General Manager of Infinity Consulting, and Legislative Council Member Mr. Cheung Pui-kong were invited to attend the relevant anti-fraud publicity activities. In his speech, Chief Superintendent Wong stated that the series of activities had been highly successful, and expressed his gratitude to Infinity Consulting for its strong support and participation in the joint efforts to combat deception cases.

Since the end of last year, Infinity Consulting and ADCC have creatively integrated Chinese medicine free consultations with anti-fraud education. With the assistance of the Infinity Consulting volunteer team, the Police held “Anti-Fraud Chinese Medicine Free Consultation” activities in Wong Tai Sin and Tin Shui Wai. Leveraging its distinctive model of “public welfare service + knowledge promotion”, the initiative successfully attracted the active participation of more than 600 members of the public. Through the activities, participants not only learned about common fraud tactics and prevention techniques and received caring gift packs, but also enjoyed free consultation services provided by professional Chinese medicine practitioners, gaining both anti-fraud knowledge and health care support in one stop.

Since January, Infinity Consulting has further strengthened its collaboration with ADCC and fully supported the mobile publicity campaign of the “Anti-Fraud Publicity Vehicle”. Over five consecutive days, the publicity vehicle visited districts including Kwai Fong, Sham Shui Po, Wan Chai, Lam Tin and Yuen Long. Through interactive briefings and the distribution of publicity materials, the campaign explained in detail to passers-by the common tactics used in telephone scams, online scams and other deception cases. During the campaign, the Infinity Consulting volunteer team also provided on-site guidance to members of the public, especially elderly residents, on installing the “Scameter” mobile application, and presented gift packs to those who completed the installation. The on-site interaction was enthusiastic, with strong public participation and a significant effect in spreading anti-fraud knowledge, reaching more than 500 members of the public in total.
These public welfare activities were not the first joint initiative between Infinity Consulting and ADCC. As early as 2024, the two parties had already established a close cooperative relationship. Through various forms of collaboration, including internal anti-fraud education campaigns, jointly organized thematic seminars, and assistance in promoting the “Anti-Deception Online Learning Kit”, the cooperation effectively enhanced employees’ ability to identify and prevent scams, while also accumulating valuable experience for participating in broader community anti-fraud efforts.
